I can't recommend Steve highly enough. He came straight out to look at the problem, and as it turned out the problem was very simple to fix. He charged me a fair nominal fee for his time. So refreshing in this day and age to have someone who is honest and is not looking to rip people off! Top man.

The gas board had caused problems to my power supply as it had been earthed to the gas main. They advised me to have it checked. I rang Mr Bates and he came out to very promptly and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend SM Bates and have asked them to do a full inspection report of my installation.
